Please Note

The offer contains ticket of water park and snow world.
Waterpark attire requires 100% nylon and Lycra costumes (no zips). If you don’t have one, you can rent from the park.
Individuals found under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted entry into the park.
Alternatively, counter tickets can be purchased on all seven days of the week, from Monday to Sunday, at the ticket counter.
A confirmation email and message will be sent to you, usually within 20 minutes of the booking. If you don’t get message/email for your booking, Please contact +91 8882388843.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and valid only for one-time entry on the date of issue.
We are open every day from 10:30 AM to 06:30 PM.
No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the park.
We would like to state that arms, ammunition, drugs or alcohol are prohibited on park premises.
Please be advised that no refunds shall be made in case of possession.
Weapons, pets, cigarettes, and other tobacco products are not allowed inside the park.
Visitors must return their bands at the exit. A fine of INR 100 will be imposed for misplacing or losing the band.
Please note that the Management retains the right to deny entry or request any visitor to leave the park premises if they fail to comply with the rules and regulations of the Water and Amusement Park. We regret to inform you that in such cases, no refunds shall be made.
