The Company accepts Visa, MasterCard, select Debit Cards and Net Banking for transactions made / being made online for booking at Jurasik Park Inn. Other payment methods may be added from time to time.
It is mandatory to carry the email/SMS confirmation of e-ticket to the ticket counters to avail entry to the parks. Online bookings will be verified at the Special Ticket Counter and after verification, actual tickets will be allocated to the guests. There is no refund for the online bookings.
It is mandatory to carry the card from which booking was made in original with a valid Indian ID Proof for Authenticity.
A maximum of 20 tickets can be purchased on a single transaction. The Company may however, vary or amend the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased on a single transaction considering the functionality factor. Park Tickets are available for Single Entry of Jurasik Park Inn Park, Water Park or Combo Ticket for Both The Parks.
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your booking details. The Company does not refund or adjust the amount against any other event or ticket after a ticket has been purchased by the User.
Some Orders will be processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, the Company’s customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If the Company is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, the Company may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.
The Company reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the Jurasik Park Inn Services. The Company further reserves the right to alter any and or all fees from time to time, without notice. The User shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies and assessments for availing the Jurasik Park Inn Services. The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of Jurasik Park Inn in respect of the Website, The User further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to him/her. The User must provide correct postal address and enter a valid phone number while placing an order on the Website. By registering phone number with us, the User consents to be contacted by us via phone calls and / or SMS notifications, in case of any order or shipment or delivery related updates. If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm the same by checking your booking history or with the Customer Service Department whether or not your order has been placed and accepted. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Entertainment City Limited, the Company will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Children aged 3 years and above will require a separate ticket. No ticket shall be required in case the height of a child is less than 90 centimeter. The Company may however change the height criteria at any time without any notice.
The Company does not have any exchange or refund policy and prohibits exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroy
